Aromatherapy
The Art and Science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. It seeks to unify physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process. An Aromatherapy Session includes the Use and Application of Many different essential oils to create a healing experience.
Reflexology
Using the Reflexology points on the Feet, Hands, and Ears it is possible to stimulate the entire body, internal and external. Using an applied pressure technique to stimulate different organs and systems provides for many possibilities of healing. This modality is good also for those who are not comfortable with a full body massage or are not able to lie down. This is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders, many people use it to compliment other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, cardiovascular issues, headaches, kidney function, PMS, Sinusitis, etc.
Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics (movement) and it releases endorphins, the body's own natural pain killers. It can be part of a comprehensive program, complementing all other health care modalities.

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.
